Finishing is More Important Than Starting

This post is all about “FINISHING” - but not in the way you might think…

For some of us, sitting down and finishing a comprehensive personal history can be very overwhelming. Notice that I said “finishing” and not “starting”? It seems like we are all very good at starting things, but it’s the “finishing” that makes the difference. There is great satisfaction when you finish something that you don't feel when you start something because you experience the sense of accomplishment, knowing that you just did something amazing and wonderful!

Just think, when you write your PERSONAL HISTORY in individual stories, you get to “finish” over and over again, and every time you “finish” a story, you get to say “I’m finished!” It's a great feeling to start, but it’s an even greater feeling when you finish!

This is just another great reason to write your Personal History in short stories! AND remember that writing your life in separate stories will make your stories so much easier to write and a lot more fun to read!
