With summer just around the corner, it's time to start making some plans to be outdoors.
I am probably a little bit earlier for this post, but seriously, I am so ready to be outside again. I'm looking forward to circling a campfire with my family, telling stories, singing and making S'mores.
This post isn't about changing up something you already love, it's just adding some variety so their is something for everyone who shows up to the "campfire party." It just adds a fun twist to the already beloved treat and who doesn't love lots of fun choices!

Here are some fun ways to jazz up the traditional S'mores. Choose your favorites below and arrange them all on a big cookie sheet (Jelly Roll Pan) and you have a yummy display of choices for your guests. I promise they will love it!
The Outside Sandwich Parts
Graham Crackers
Fudge Striped Cookies
Chips Ahoy Cookies
Oreos
Chocolate dipped Cookies
Chocolate Graham Crackers
Cinnamon Graham Crackers
Ritz Crackers
Pretzel Crisps
Filling
Hershey's Chocolate Bars
White Chocolate Bars
Cookies and Cream Bars
Kit Kats
Thin Mints
Reeses Peanut Butter Cups
Snickers or Other Candy Bars (sliced horizontally to make thinner)

The Marshmallow Part
Regular Marshmallows
Peeps Easter Marshmallows
Flavored Marshmallows
Jumbo Marshmallows
Toasted Coconut Marshmallows
The safest way to roast marshmallows is OUTSIDE over a firepit. If you try to roast a marshmallow inside, you run the risk of it catching on fire and falling off the stick and starting something else on fire. Please be careful!!
You can make your S'mores in the oven, it's just not as fun:
Place two outside parts (whatever you choose) on a baking sheet. Place the filling of your choice on one the outside parts and place the marshmallow on the other one.
Turn on your broiler. Let it heat up. ...
Flip the side with the filling over onto the one with the marshmallow.
Eat immediately.
ENJOY your S'mores and Summertime and Family and Getting Together!!
